Here you can find the terms and conditions of the server.

General

  1. Real Money Trading (RMT): While we do not directly allow Real Money Trading (RMT) in ExquisiteRO, we recognize that some players may engage in RMT as long as the items involved were earned through hard work and not through exploitation or cheating. We don’t mind RMT under these circumstances. However, any attempt to facilitate, engage in, or promote direct RMT (such as trading in-game currency, accounts, or services for real-world money) is still considered a violation of our rules and may lead to permanent bans for all involved players. Please ensure that all trading or exchanges within the game follow fair in-game mechanics and systems.

  2. Account Sales or Transfers: Do not attempt to sell or trade your account to another player, even indirectly. If you are engaging in activities where in-game items or services are exchanged for real money, be aware that these actions can still result in account sanctions if they are reported or detected.

  3. Botting: The use of automated tools, scripts, or bots is strictly prohibited when they are used to perform actions automatically or artificially increase the player's advantage. However, some forms of indirect automation or gameplay assistance may be permissible as long as they do not violate our terms or alter game dynamics to provide unfair advantages. The use of approved or custom automation tools (if any) may be permissible if they follow our guidelines and do not interfere with fair gameplay. However, using bots to farm, level, or gain unfair advantages is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension.

  4. Impersonation of Game Masters: Do not impersonate GMs or any official server personnel, including using pet or homunculus names that could lead to confusion or misrepresentation.

  5. Advertising Other Servers or Activities: Advertising other servers is prohibited. Public promotion or active recruitment for external servers is not allowed.

  6. Bug Exploitation: Exploiting bugs or glitches within the game is not permitted. If you find any bugs, you are encouraged to report them to a GM immediately to avoid sanctions.

  7. Account Responsibility: Account sharing is discouraged. The account owner is fully responsible for the actions of any other players using their account.

  8. Real Money Transactions & Chargebacks: Any chargebacks made for Mystic Points purchased via PayPal, Stripe, or PaymentWall will result in an immediate account suspension.

  9. General Etiquette and Respect: Be respectful to others, including players, staff, and their opinions. Profanity, racism, sexism, or offensive comments will result in a sanction.

Social Guidelines

  1. Harassment, Insulting, or Offensive Behavior: Engaging in harassment, bullying, or offensive language towards other players will not be tolerated. Players engaging in such actions may face account suspensions or bans.

  2. Inappropriate Names: Character names, guild names, pet names, and other in-game identifiers should not contain offensive content.

  3. Begging or Requesting Items/Zeny: Begging for items or zeny from other players or GMs is prohibited.

  4. Privacy and Identity: Do not impersonate other players, and do not attempt to steal or impersonate their identity.

PvM Guidelines

  1. MvP Competition and Respecting Others: MvPs are free-for-all, and players may compete to kill them. However, actions that interfere with other players' ability to engage in the MvP encounter (e.g., using Warp Portal to disrupt or hinder the kill) are prohibited.

  2. Kill-Stealing: Do not engage in kill-stealing by attacking monsters already targeted or followed by another player. MvPs and event bosses are excluded from this rule.

  3. Monster Hoarding: Hoarding large numbers of monsters and not killing them within a reasonable timeframe is prohibited. Dropping monsters on other players or AFK players is also not allowed.

PvP Guidelines

  1. Dual-Clienting in PvP and WoE: Dual-clienting (controlling more than one account) during PvP, Battlegrounds, WoE, or related activities is prohibited.

  2. Intentional Losing in PvP: Do not intentionally throw battles or lose in PvP to sabotage other players or events.

Game-File Modification

  1. Automated Gameplay and Game Modifications: The use of third-party software, macro tools, or game modifications that provide unfair advantages is strictly prohibited. However, the use of certain automation or game modifications may be allowed indirectly as long as they do not break the spirit of fair play and competitive balance.

Disclaimer on Bugs and Glitches:

  • Game Stability and Bugs: ExquisiteRO is committed to providing a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience. However, as with any online game, we cannot guarantee that the game will be free of bugs or glitches. While we actively work to identify and fix issues as they arise, we do not promise a completely bug-free experience. Players are encouraged to report any bugs or issues they encounter to the staff via the appropriate channels, and we will address them as quickly as possible.

Legal

By accessing and playing ExquisiteRO, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. Responsibility for Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation in ExquisiteRO complies with any and all applicable laws, regulations, or requirements in your jurisdiction.

  2. No Affiliation with Gravity Co.: ExquisiteRO is a private, fan-operated server and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Gravity Co. or its subsidiaries. All intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners.

  3. Limitation of Liability: The administrators of ExquisiteRO are not responsible for any damages, losses, account issues, data loss, or legal consequences arising from your participation in the server. By playing ExquisiteRO, you agree that you are doing so at your own risk, and the administrators have no liability for anything that may occur as a result of your use of the server. This includes, but is not limited to, any technical issues, financial losses, or any legal or regulatory violations that may arise from your gameplay.

General Reminder: Failure to adhere to any of the above rules will result in penalties, including but not limited to account suspension or permanent ban. Remember that actions that may not directly violate rules but still create unfair advantages or disrupt the game may also be considered violations.
