# ExquisiteRO - Cedi Point System

1. ## Introduction

This guide contains all item information regarding the Cedi Point System. The Cedi Point System allows players to trade-in their unused cards for Cedi Points. These points can be traded for MVP nectars or MVP ambrosias. Players can team up and summon strong MVPs using the MVP nectars/ambrosias. At the end of the MVP hunt, the MVP slayer gets the valuable items and gears to distribute among his/her party members. Cedi MVPs also drop valuable Bio Samples that can be used to purchase higher quality MVP nectars/ambrosias. With the Cedi Point System, players can eventually battle the mighty Cthulu Prime for its Consummate Bio Sample. Cthulu’s bio sample can be traded for a Boss Card Album.

2. ## Collecting Cedi Points

To get Cedi Points, you need to turn over your unused cards to Marvin in Juno (yuno 143, 189). Marvin asks for specific cards every 2 hours (server time). The conversion rates are as follows:

* Normal monster cards = 20 points per card
* Mini-Boss monster cards = 100 points per card
* MVP monster cards = 250 points per card

The exchange limits are refreshed per day. There are instances where the limits are reset, but it is due to the server being refreshed when installing a new feature. Better double check with Marvin how many exchange attempts are still allowed.

3. ## Getting Nectars and Ambrosia

To get Nectars and Ambrosia, you need to interact with Tom Bob in Juno (yuno 116, 286). You can exchange Cedi Points to purchase different Nectars and Ambrosias. Nectars and Ambrosias are used to summon Cedi MVPs (see [Tier MVPs](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1M2PFn3-YGFwhWRbm6ElGANhYr0bIapibK3zOnuQMVvM/edit#heading=h.46s9eto9det2) below).&#x20;

Higher levels of Cedi MVPs require higher versions of Nectars/Ambrosias. These Nectars/Amborisas require Bio samples from Cedi MVPs. In order to plan ahead, here is a preview of the Nectar/Ambrosia shop. To purchase Nectar, you need:

* Clear Nectar (used to summon D-Tier MVPs in Ancient Tapestry instance) = 125 Cedi
* Yellow Nectar (used to summon C-Tier MVPs in Ancient Tapestry instance)  = 250 Cedi + 2 Bio Sample
* Red Nectar (used to summon B-Tier MVPs in Ancient Tapestry instance) = 500 Cedi + 2 Quality Bio Sample
* Blue Nectar (used to summon A-Tier MVP in Watery Lair instance) = 1000 Cedi + 2 Pristine Bio Sample

To purchase Ambrosia, you need:

* Clear Ambrosia (used to summon D-Tier MVPs in Ancient Beacon instance) = 325 Cedi + 2 Bio Sample
* Yellow Ambrosia (used to summon C-Tier MVPs in Ancient Beacon instance) = 700 Cedi + 2 Quality Bio Sample
* Red Ambrosia (used to summon B-Tier MVP in Ancient Beacon instance) = 1000 Cedi + 2 Pristine Bio Sample

Consummate Bio Samples (dropped by Cthulu Prime) can be traded for a Boss Card Album. The Boss Card Album drops any field MVPs when used just like an Old Card Album.

4. ## Tier MVPs and Rewards

To use the Nectars/Ambrosias, you need your party leader to reserve the specific instances where the party leader or party members can use those Nectars/Ambrosias. Only one Cedi MVP can be active per instance:&#x20;

In the Ancient Tapestry instance (near Juno 206, 308), party members can use Clear, Yellow, and Red Nectars to summon Cedi MVPs.

6. ## Tips and General Strategy

* Practice the Cedi Etiquette: the one who summons the Cedi MVP should get the bio samples. It is an unwritten rule when partying with Cedi MVP hunters.
* A complete run (Tier D to Tier A) of Cedi using nectars would require you 8 Clear Nectar, 4 Yellow Nectar, 2 Red Nectar, and 1 Blue Nectar
* The Cedi MVPs are just stronger versions of the original MVPs, except they only drop Bio Samples depending on their tier.
* Angra Manyu, Dromir, and Ahura Mazda are not allowed inside Cedi.
* 99 hard DEF is recommended to tank most mobs. To get hard DEF, it is recommended to fully refine an Elunium set from the Quest Gears.
* Ideal party line-up: Sniper for ranged damage, Professor for Land Protector/tanking, High Priest and Soul Linker for buffs, Assassin Cross and Champion for melee damage/subtank.
* For additional damage, Professors can use Volcano skill over the Snipers with Fire-element armor.
